Co-ed Level 2 Tri-Training Schedule

  • Pre-season conditioning schedule web based
  • Weekly group practices. Sat. 7:00-9:30
  • June 7 -Aug 23
  • Work on technique, technique, technique.
  • Lectures on triathlon specific aspects of swimming, cycling, running, nutrition, sport psychology, and motivation.
