Donation given by M4L to Story Teller during the KLITE radio-athonStoryteller
provides daycare for homeless and transitional families in our community.
The Center provides parents with a nurturing environment to leave
their children while they seek employment, housing or community resources.
Storyteller serves children 18 months to 6 years old. KLITE held
a 12 hour radio-thon for the non-profit and raised nearly 9-thousand
dollars from listener pledges!
M4L will have a tile in the wall of the South Coast Community Aquatic
Center from a donation made to building the proposed facility on
the Dos Pueblos High School Campus. This project will greatly expand
the aquatic programs in the community. Over $600,000 needs to be
raised by June 30, 2004 to make this project a reality! for more

Dream Foundation is the first national non-profit organization
dedicated to making dreams come true for individuals and families
battling terminal illness. Dream Foundation has worked on thousands
of dreams for adults who are emotionally, financially and physically
devastated by terminal illness and who have turned to us for one

3 children and 5 grandchildren. Diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Final wish is to return to Santa Barbara.
Marsella Young, a M4L member, has made it a personal goal to raise
$25,000 for the Dream
Foundation as she completes the Hawaiian Ironman in October 2003!
Once accepted into the race Marsella’s dream was complete,
but she wanted to make her accomplished goal into something that
was bigger than herself and that would help others!
Dawn Schroeder was invited to be a 'celebrity waiter' at the Body
Electric High 5 Dinner/Fundraiser- Feb18th, 2003. M4L donated a scholarship
for triathlon/biathlon training to Body Electric- a local non-profit
