The Momentum 4 Life. (M4L) concept was created by Dawn Schroeder-
a mom, wife, teacher, athlete in Santa Barbara, CA. Combining her
strengths in leadership, athletics and education, she had a desire
to help others and give back to the community, so was born- Momentum
4 Life! M4L provides a structure for motivation, support and success!
M4L helps form teams of individuals who want to challenge themselves,
train for an athletic event and give back to the community. Teams
may consist of groups of women, men, co-ed or children. Teams may
want to train for triathlons, biathlons, 5K, 10K, half or full marathons.

Lorraine Vanhecke - Philosophy of Coaching: Coaching
is an opportunity to reach out and encourage others to believe in
themselves. When you are in a position to influence someone, being
a positive role model is imperative. Coaching gives me the chance
to give back to others in the same way that I have received positive
reinforcement in the past. Seeing someone improve and believe in themselves
is one of the most rewarding experiences. I am excited to be coaching
for Momentum 4 Life!

fun, stay positive, be motivated by something bigger than yourself
and your body will take shape. Train hard and you will be hard to
beat. Have a great season!"
Perry Lieber - I believe that good nutrition is the key to success
no matter what a person is training for. My goal as a trainer is
to help my clients succeed in whatever task they set forth to accomplish.
I, personally, train for multiple sports and constantly change my
goals and activities; so I have the experience to help others through
my experience and mistakes.
